Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to the purchase of digital products/services from Repuflow. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. We primarily sell to businesses (B2B).

2. Delivery

The product is digital (PDF/Link) and is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery normally occurs immediately after payment, or within 24 hours if manual processing is required.

3. Refund Policy

Since the product is a digital file/service delivered immediately, there is no right of withdrawal or refund once the file has been delivered/downloaded, in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content. All sales are final.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

Our products generate QR codes and links based on third-party infrastructure (e.g., Google Maps/Business Profile). We guarantee that the code functions correctly at the time of delivery. We are not liable for future technical updates, policy changes, or URL structure modifications by third parties (e.g., Google) that may affect the functionality of the link or QR code. No automatic updates are included in this one-time purchase.

5. Payment & Taxes

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details. For B2B customers within the EU (outside our home country), VAT is removed (Reverse Charge) if a valid VAT number is provided. For other customers, local VAT rates may apply.
